Speak with Confidence Workshop

Service Description

This is a 1 - month, interactive, group workshop which goes beyond presentation tips and theory. Participants learn about the mind-body connection behind nervousness and public speaking anxiety, along with practical techniques they can apply immediately to improve delivery and communicate with confidence.
